HOW DO WE BOOK A SHOOT?
Firstly Yay! We are so excited and grateful you have chosen to begin your imagery journey with us! Send us a message either via our enquiry form online or via email to begin the conversation about your brands requirements, your vision and the packages available or alternatively customise a unique curated package to suit your specific needs.
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE GET?
We will always provide more images than your selected package so you have a range to choose from. This will allow you to select your faves and figure out what works best for your brand/products. And let's face it, its to hard to choose, we certainly can't pick! Plus the pure excitement in capturing your products/brand gets the best of us!
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
You'll receive the initial drafts and watermarked images via an online gallery directly to your email provided. Then you will have the option to select your faves. Once this is finalised we will get onto editing and retouching the selected images and update to the same online gallery where you will be able to download them in a range of resolutions suitable for web/print.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FRAME?
Our standard turnaround time frame is approx. 2 weeks from shoot to final imagery. However this can sometimes change but we will always stay in communication with you on the process. For quicker, urgent turnarounds let us know! We will always try to accommodate your requirements as best we can!
HOW DO WE GET OUR PRODUCTS TO YOU?
The easiest way is via post! This is so exciting as it means we can work with anyone from the world! If you're a local to the Perth metro area we do allow drop offs. We are also able to return your products if requested via post, please just make sure you include a return slip or let us know so we can allow this in the final invoice.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
100% Yes! We are always open to traveling for a shoot! Once we start the initial conversation and chat about the details we can then put together a customized quote for you! Travel fees may apply.
